Time leaves its marks—etched deep into the fabric of society, until observing it becomes a mechanical, repetitive ritual. But we, as individuals, feel time differently. Boredom strikes, and we act, killing time with whatever tool we have at hand. These acts leave traces. MASSIMILIANO AUDRETSCH’s clock design is born from these marks—the raw, unfiltered chaos of graffiti scratched into public spaces. Train stations, bus stops, elevators, schools. Marks left behind, forgotten at first, then rediscovered by others. Unintended lines, hidden messages, some borne of nothing but waiting, others engraved in anticipation of a curious eye, wittily drawn to entertain the future observer.
